Make an Appointment

If you have more than 20 items and can not make it on drop-in Wednesday {more on that below} please schedule and appointment. 

Bring us your best 50 items (please refer to our brands list) and we will sort them while you shop. 

{Appointments typically only take 10-15 minutes}.  We also have a fun play area to keep your littles entertained!  

Due to high demand, appointments are usually taken 3 weeks in advance. Please plan accordingly especially if you have seasonal/holiday items. Note:  we are not able to accommodate walk-ins outside of drop-in Wednesdays. Scheduling appointments is how we manage our inventory and allow time to process the hundreds of items we receive weekly. Thank you for understanding.

Drop-in Wednesday

Walk-ins are welcomed on Wednesdays from 10-3pm for 20 items or less. (NO more than 20 items PLEASE). It usually only takes a few minutes to look through your items, but wait times vary. Our busiest time is from 10-1130. Due to space limitations we do not allow drop & runs unless you are OK with donating anything we cannot accept.   

We try our best to process items same-day. However, due to large volume, items dropped off on Wednesday may take several days to process. You will receive an email receipt once your items are processed.


  • We will make every effort to sell your items at full price.  
  • After 60 days we will markdown 50%.
  • Items expire after 90 days. If you wish to pick up your unsold items, please do so on or before your expire date. 
  • Items left after their expire date will be donated to No One Left Behind. (Helping families resettle in the NoVa area).
  • We offer a payout of 40% of the selling price.  If you opt to use your credit in store, we offer a 50/50 split.
  • Payouts are made on or around the 1st of the months following your expire date. {For example, if your items expire August 8th, your payout is processed September 1st}. 
  • PayPal is our preferred method to payout. {There are no PayPal fees associated with our payouts}. Otherwise, we can mail a check for a $2 processing fee. We do not allow checks to be picked up in-store.

Items We Accept


  • Girls and Boys: newborn thru tween (14) sized clothing and shoes. 
  • Better Labels and Designers. Kids – i.e.: Mini Boden, Hanna Andersson, Crewcuts, Tea, Lilly Pulitzer, Gap, Janie and Jack, all smocked clothing etc. Tweens – i.e. Abercrombie Kids, North Face, Under Armour… etc. 
  • Please refer to our BRAND-LIST for brands we LOVE and Brands we DO NOT accept.  
  • Purchased within the last 5 years
  • Freshly laundered, free of stains, holes and rips. All zippers and buttons should be in working order. 


(on a very limited basis. Please email the store to see if we are currently accepting big items). 

  • Strollers (especially doubles!), carriers, etc
  • Purchased within the last 7 years
  • Gear must be freshly laundered, odor free, in good working order  (batteries must be included), and have all original parts. Instructions are nice, but not necessary.
  • Must meet current Government Safety Standards. Please visit to confirm your items have not been recalled 

Items we DO NOT accept:


Given the limited space available in our store, we are unable to accept large furniture pieces. If you have small PBK chairs, etc please email the store to inquire about consigning.  

Car Seats

Because of safety regulations, we are not able to accept car seats 

Bedding, plush toys, etc.

TOYS. We are no longer accepting toys. 

Maternity. We are no longer accepting maternity clothing.
